At Endurance Physical Therapy, it is our goal to provide specific, individual, and essential care to promote healing and getting you back to your active life. We have both an obligation and a strong desire to find safe ways to continue providing treatment to our community. We have been following all of the CDC guidelines and protocols to remain open during these uncertain times.
With the development of our Emergency Pandemic Response Plan, per CDC guidelines, we are following all necessary protocols to focus on the health and safety of our patients and staff. We have been implementing this through various methods including our rigorous sanitization process, having less patients and staff in the clinic at any one time, wearing masks, taking temperatures of patients and staff, and using hand sanitizer.
Please call the front office, 541-654-0802, if there has been a change in your status including, but not limited to: personally having any signs and symptoms of illness, being around or living with someone that is ill or diagnosed with Covid-19, and/or traveling outside of the state of Oregon. We need to work as a team to keep everyone safe.
