Many people frown upon the idea of making New Year’s resolutions, or they believe that January 1st shouldn’t be the only time goals are created or lifestyles are changed. While I agree that life changes and goals can be made all year, there is something fun about the turning of a year…a sense of newness and hope and an openness to adventure!
At Endurance, we decided to take a poll of the team members to figure out our personal goals for 2018. Here we go…
New Year’s Resolutions for 2018
The Fabulous and Amazing Front Office Team Member
Kristin’s goal is to do 20-30 minutes of cardio 3x per week. She would also like to eat one clean and complete meal per day (not just cheez its!)
The Incredible and Wonderful Front Office Manager
Callien’s goal is to do more meal prepping for healthy dinners and snacks for the on-the-go times during sports seasons with her kiddos.
Our Marvelous and Astounding Physical Therapist
Chelsea’s goal is to exercise or get moving for 30 minutes 4-5 times per week.
Our Magnificent and Extraordinary Physical Therapist
Diane’s goal is to take the time to read 3 books by the end of the year.

I would like to run an average of 3 days per week (even in the dark!) with one of those being a trail run (with a friend, you know who you are!) while listening to some new educational (maybe) podcasts and not just music. Feedback is welcome on some great podcast ideas! I would also like to continue with my daily morning toning exercise program. My goal with nutrition is to simply keep it clean (due to the fact that I am totally liable to fall into a “snack-sident,” I have to be really careful!)
