Having to wear multiple jackets for your morning jog can only mean one thing: fall is here and it’s going strong. This is the time of year that we try to reflect and focus on what we are thankful for in our lives. Many of us try to remember and be grateful throughout the year, but it is fun to put a voice to it all during the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s why our team at Endurance Physical Therapy decided to do something a little different for this month’s blog.

We truly believe that being grateful is a choice that can be made and displayed in our words, thoughts, and actions. We wish for grace in our community, for a level of compassion that cannot be understood, for an inspiration of creativity, for a purpose, and a hope that there is more to the story than the eye can see.

That being said – we have a challenge for you!

The Thanksgiving Challenge

Take some time to come up with a gratitude list. It can be the most inconsequential thing, but write it down. We do hope something regarding your health and wellness will squeak onto the list; if not, maybe it is time to come see us to get you back on track with your goals!
