Each patient’s diagnosis, pain level, skill level, and tolerance is taken into account when creating a specific exercise program. There is no need to have access to special equipment, but if you have it, we can incorporate it.
Once your program is established and we have taught you proper form and technique, we will email pictures and videos specific to your individual plan to help you in your recovery process. These rehabilitation programs are goal oriented to your specific injury, they are not a complete body or gym program.
We find that requiring only a few extra moments in your day to facilitate the healing process is more effective than overloading you with a lot of very general exercises.
